I co-edited the Fall 2017 special issue of Studies in the Novel, “Gender and the Cultural Preoccupations of the American West.” My co-editor, Sigrid Anderson Cordell, and I were thrilled to work with such smart and enterprising scholars on this edition.

In addition to co-authoring the Introduction, I contributed an article, “Postwar Narratives in Leslie Marmon Silko’s Ceremony and Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk.”
